Descendant of a family present in the Comté de Nice since 1858, Laurent Merengone, after 15 years in the banking sector, founded his own firm specializing in luxury real estate in 2011. He also teaches real estate and finance at the Université de Nice Côte d'Azur and at the Ecole de Commerce.

Born into a Nice family that has been present in the County of Nice since 1858, I decided to set up my own firm so that my clients could benefit from my 15 years' experience in the financial sector. I have acquired these skills with major groups such as Banque Privée Européenne, BPCE (Banque Populaire and Banque Palatine) and Crédit Foncier de Monaco. The firm is about to celebrate its 7th year in business, the age of reason in fact.
We offer our French and foreign clients our know-how in the fields of investment advice, finance and real estate, to support them at every stage of their projects, whether they are investing, setting up in the region or launching a business activity in the PACA region.

In addition, we have IOBSP (Intermédiaire en Opération de Banque et en Services de Paiement) accreditation, issued by ORIAS (Organisme pour le Registre des Intermédiaires en Assurance, Banque et Finance).
The firm has a pure real estate arm, Gubernatis Immobilier, based in downtown Nice and dedicated to property transactions, management and rentals from Monaco to Saint-Tropez.
